1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sovrush's services, including our AI Foundry, AI Infrastructure, and related platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Sovrush is operated from Australia and these Terms are governed by Australian law. If you are accessing our Services from outside Australia, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
2. Services Description
Sovrush provides AI asset creation, commercialization, and infrastructure services including:
- AI Foundry services (Venture, Enterprise, and Academic)
- AI Infrastructure solutions (SovCloud and related platforms)
- Cooling innovation technology
- Investment opportunities in AI ventures
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to AI models, software, content, and technology, remain the property of Sovrush or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.
Any AI models, data, or intellectual property you create using our Services may be subject to separate licensing agreements. Please contact us for specific terms.
4. Data Sovereignty
As an Australian company committed to sovereign AI, we maintain strict data governance practices. Your data is processed and stored in accordance with Australian privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. We do not transfer data outside Australia without explicit consent.
5. Investment Disclaimers
Investment opportunities presented through our Services are subject to risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should:
- Conduct your own due diligence before making investment decisions
- Seek independent financial and legal advice
- Only invest amounts you can afford to lose
- Understand that AI ventures carry inherent technological and market risks
Sovrush is not a licensed financial advisor. Investment opportunities are available only to eligible investors as defined by Australian Corporations Act 2001.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sovrush shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Investment losses or underperformance
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or proprietary technology
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
